Write for The Crypto Public

The Crypto Public welcomes applications from writers, researchers, analysts, and subject-matter contributors who can bring knowledge, clarity, and original thinking to the digital asset conversation.

We are interested in contributors who can help readers understand cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, markets, regulation, and the infrastructure shaping the future of digital finance.

You do not need to make complicated subjects sound complicated. You need to understand them well enough to make them clear.

What We Are Looking For

We welcome high-quality contributions covering areas such as:

  • Bitcoin and Ethereum
  • Crypto markets and market structure
  • Altcoins and emerging blockchain ecosystems
  • Stablecoins and digital payments
  • Decentralized finance (DeFi)
  • Regulation and public policy
  • Exchanges and trading infrastructure
  • Institutional adoption and digital asset ETFs
  • Blockchain infrastructure and Web3
  • On-chain data and research
  • Security incidents and protocol developments
  • Educational guides and explainers

We particularly value work that goes beyond repeating headlines and provides readers with evidence, context, or expertise they would not receive from a basic news summary.

What Makes a Strong Contribution

A strong submission should be:

Original — The work should offer original writing, analysis, research, or perspective.

Accurate — Factual claims should be supported by reliable evidence.

Well sourced — Important claims should link to primary sources whenever reasonably available.

Clear — Technical subjects should be explained without unnecessary complexity.

Relevant — The topic should provide meaningful value to readers interested in digital assets and blockchain technology.

Independent — Contributions should not disguise advertising, token promotion, or undisclosed commercial interests as editorial analysis.

Sources and Evidence

We strongly encourage contributors to work from original information.

Depending on the subject, useful primary sources may include regulatory filings, legislation, court documents, official announcements, governance proposals, blockchain data, technical documentation, research papers, financial disclosures, and other original records.

Secondary reporting can provide useful context, but it should not replace verification when primary evidence is reasonably available.

Sources should support the claims made in an article rather than simply appear as a list of links.

Originality and AI-Assisted Work

Submissions must represent genuine editorial work.

Plagiarism, copied articles, lightly rewritten third-party reporting, fabricated quotations, fabricated sources, or manipulated evidence are not acceptable.

Artificial intelligence tools may assist with research organization, language, transcription, or other parts of the writing process, but contributors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, sourcing, and integrity of everything they submit.

AI-generated claims, citations, quotations, statistics, or sources must never be treated as verified simply because an AI system produced them.

Conflicts of Interest

Contributors must disclose relationships that could reasonably affect how readers interpret their work.

This may include employment, advisory relationships, investments, token holdings, compensation, sponsorships, or other material relationships involving subjects discussed in a submission.

Disclosure does not automatically prevent publication. Failure to disclose a relevant conflict may.

No Undisclosed Promotion

The Crypto Public does not accept editorial submissions whose primary purpose is undisclosed promotion.

Projects, agencies, public relations representatives, and companies seeking paid exposure should use our Advertise with Us channel rather than presenting promotional material as independent editorial work.

Paid or sponsored material, when accepted, must be clearly identified.

Financial Content

The Crypto Public publishes information and analysis — not personalized investment advice.

Contributors should avoid language that guarantees returns, promises price outcomes, or instructs readers to buy, sell, or hold a particular asset.

Reasoned analysis and clearly identified opinions may be considered when supported by appropriate evidence and context.

Editorial Review

Submitting an article or contributor application does not guarantee publication.

The Crypto Public may review submissions for accuracy, sourcing, relevance, originality, clarity, legal or ethical concerns, and consistency with our editorial standards.

Editors may request revisions, fact-check supporting materials, edit accepted work for clarity and style, or decline a submission.

Publication decisions remain at the discretion of The Crypto Public.

Crypto is global, technical, fast-moving, and constantly changing.
